We have a very nice NEW, family friendly travel trailer that makes it easy to get outdoors with family and friends. My wife and I, would like to make your camping experience stress free by including all your camping essentials. We will include bedding, cookware, dish ware, toiletries and outdoor supplies like camping chairs and yards games to enjoy around the campfire.

- The RV must be clean before it is returned or picked up after your trip or there will be a $200 fee.
- Waste tanks must be completely emptied or there will be a $100 fee to clean the waste tanks.
- If campsite location does not have a dump station and I have to pay to dump offsite you will be charged the price of the dump fee plus an additional 50% of the dump cost for my time used and travel.
- Renters must be out of camper 1 hour before check out time. I need an hour to clean and prep the camper for travel. Please make sure you leave 1 hour before check out time.

My family and I loved this RV! Great for kids, with the bunk beds. Has everything you need. Well maintained. Cool LED lights in bunk area, outside and an LED fireplace. Fridge is very big and works very well. Owner was always very responsive and was an excellent communicator. Excellent set up and tear down experience. The owner did everything for us! Overall wonderful experience.
