This was my first time renting any type of camper. James was wonderful to work with and provided very quick and friendly responses to my questions. He was familiar with the campsite I was attending and had everything set up by the time I arrived and was right on time for pickup. Very friendly, professional and generous renter.
The air conditioning worked great! The beds were comfortable! And the price was affordable! It is somewhat small but absolutely perfect considering I'm only sleeping in it and storing my clothes in it 😁
The camper itself is very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the hitch - the ball was too low for my van, and it was impossible to switch the ball to the other side. We had to buy a new hitch and ball, in the end to make it work. After that, it was easy to tow and set up. Jay is very friendly and I was so appreciative that he was able to accommodate me with my pick up and drop off times.
Trailer worked great and Jay was very easy to work with.
Jay and Team were very helpful. The listing is exactly as described. There was some confusion on who provided the Hitch.
Jay and his partner were great to work with! Everything was clean and easy set up. A/c was cold and much needed.
