- No smoking allowed
- If you are picking up you are responsible for emptying the tank (sewage) failure to empty tank will result in a fee.
- Please return RV in the condition is was given, remove all trash from camper, and food from refrigerator. Failure to do any of the above mentioned will result in a fee.
- If you use the outdoor grill please clean before returning, failure to clean grill will result in a fee.
- Smoking in unit will result in $250 cleaning fee.
- 1hr grace period on returns, late returns will be subject to a late fee in the amount of a daily rental. Lock out services (If you lock yourself out and need assistance) will be $50 fee.
