Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Fees: no refunds for early returns, $50/hour late fee for drop off unless previously agreed to, forfeit of entire security deposit if you smoke, vape, or do drugs in the RV.
- Fuel & propane: unless you pre-purchase a full tank of gas and/or propane, you must return the unit with the same amount of fuel and propane as when it left or be subject to additional fees.
- You must return the unit with both gray and black tanks emptied unless you pre-purchase the “dump fee”. If you do not pre-purchase and return with tanks needing emptying, the fee will be higher.
- The maximum safe speed to drive is 65. Tolls are your responsibility. If we receive a bill for tolls, you’ll be subject to a $75 admin fee. Please pay your tolls while driving our RV.
- Do not drive into Mexico. If you do, you’ll forfeit your entire security deposit and the unit will be reported stolen. Your insurance and ours will not cover you, us, or the RV in Mexico.

We were very unhappy with both RV Share & Bryan. The coach was filthy , the steps were broken, no hot water,shower door was shattered & glass everywhere, cabinet doors were broken. It just has not been maintained, tires need to be replaced, but it did drive well. Then we found out the day before we were to pick it up that RV Share told us the driver had to have CDL licenses to drive.
You do not need a CDL to drive this vehicle as it’s under 26,000 pounds so that information that RV Share gave you was incorrect.
As for your other complaints, I told you that the renter previous to you broke the steps and shattered the glass door and parts were ordered, but we’re not available in time (very quick turnaround between them and you).
Very accommodating. Couple of “hiccups “ but resolved quickly and well. Very comfortable.
Bryan was very easy to work with and took care of all our questions.
I called him twice and he answered and helped me instantly.
The RV was perfect easy to drive.

We really enjoyed Bennie and the Pets! It was the perfect size for us, very clean and very functional with two bathrooms and a good sleeping set up. Bryan was very accommodating and helpful when I had questions. We highly recommend!!
