- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking in the camper will be tolerated, renter will be charged additional cleaning fees.
- Renter must remove all garbage from camper prior to returning.
- All dishes or utensils must be cleaned and returned to original place.
- Grey and black water must be dumped prior to returning camper
- Dirty linens and towels must be placed on the living area floor prior to returning camper.
