Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No smoking or vaping if evidence, you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee
- No Climbing on the roof at all lots you can damage and it is not cheap plus it is not safe
- Please retract the awning overnight and if the RV is unattended or winds reach 10 MPH. You will get damaged if the wind picks up or heavy rain and we don't want you to have to pay. Thanks
- No Burning Man as fun as that may be we know what happens and don't allow it
- If you do not return the RV with empty grey and black tanks with handles in the open position there is a $200 tank dump fee. We do not want to do this for you and it is an hour process for us. thanks

Michael was very accomodative but lacked a little experience on the detail of how his RV operates - I guess, because he had not owned it long. Evrything else was great. Had a great time on our 20 day rental.
