Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- A reasonable fee not to exceed $125 to clean the Vehicle if returned substantially less clean than when rented
- There is NO SMOKING in the Trailer. If the trailer returns with a smoke odor, renter forfeits security deposit.
- If the holding tanks are not empty at time of your return, you will be charged $75.00.
- If propane tanks are not returned full and the $65.00 propane fee was not paid at time of rental you will be charged $80.00.
- Any late returns will be charged $75.00 toward the security deposit, unless other arrangements have been made by owner and renter in writing. There are NO refunds for early returns.
