Being a first time renter and user of an RV the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with issues that came up in how to operate things. He provided a list on how to set up during arrival and departure. He should provide or inform the renter to bring a small carpet to put outside the door to leave the shoes and clean before entering the RV at the campsite.
Amazing experience. This was our first RV Rental, and Derek made everything easier for us. He went over all the switches, troubleshoot any issues we had because we are new to RVs like how to expand the RV, check water/fuel/generator/waste levels, how to add water and clear sewage from the RV. The Rv was equipped with most essential like kitchen supplies, toiletries, and beach chairs.
Derek and Laurie made the whole experience so easy. Was a last minute rental and they were ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. The RV itself was in pristine condition – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pick up and drop-off process was quick, and there were no unexpected charges or complications. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I have three kids and have rented numerous RVs over the years. This was far away our favorite rental experience thus far.
The RV sits on the Mercedes chassis and runs extremely well. Engine is quiet, but has more than sufficient power. Interior was perfect size for our family of five, which included two teenagers. It seems like most RVs have something wrong with them.
Great trip. Everything was as expected and in working order. Hosts are responsive and helpful.
