The RV was a hit with us and our family. The only issue came in the initial walk thru when we misunderstood the freshwater situation when on a "dry campout". Other than that, this was a great situation.
Trailhead was very thorough when we picked up this RV. They spent almost an hour explaining how to use everything that we would need to use during our trip. The RV was very clean and in great condition.
I would not recommend using their rental service. It seems to be a fly by the seat of your pants operation. The pickup was in the street as was the drop off. There are no posted business hours to know when they are open or closed. We had two different people do our orientation and the answers to questions depended on which person you asked.
Nothing about these details is accurate. The standard return time for our RVs is communicated multiple times throughout the booking process. As the renter stated, they showed up 45 minutes early and before we opened our business. We accommodated them by letting them know they could lock the keys up inside the RV and leave it in the street where they picked it up during orientation.
Absolutely loved the RV experience you felt you were really someone out there on the road very easy to drive and get around really good on gas sleeping in those beds was great slept like a baby it was really nice having my own bathroom got to take all my own stuff took the dog the dog had a great time I highly recommend if you're going to take a trip rent an RV the people were really easy to work
First time RV experience. They are so helpful and knowledgeable and knew we were in good hands. We had a 2024 model and it is 2023! Complementary smores kit. Awesome! We will be using Trailhead in the future!!
