- NO SMOKING. This policy is non-negotiable and includes tobacco, cannabis, and all vape products. A minimum $1500 fee will be assessed if this policy is violated.
- ON-ROAD TRAVEL ONLY. The Atlas is a luxury touring coach, not an off-road vehicle. Travel is restricted to paved roads only. No off-roading, gravel, or unmaintained dirt/forest roads is permitted.
- PETS (BY APPROVAL ONLY). We understand pets are family. A single, small (under 40 lbs), well-behaved dog may be permitted with our express pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee.
- FESTIVALS. All festivals (e.g., Coachella, Stagecoach), large gatherings, or major event tailgates must be pre-approved prior to booking. Travel to Burning Man is strictly prohibited.
- FUEL & RETURN. Please return the suite with a full tank of DIESEL. As part of your Concierge & Prep Fee, we handle the final septic tank dumping for you! We simply ask that you return the suite tidy.
