- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- RV toilet paper is included. Please DO NOT put anything down the the toilet other than the supplied toilet paper. Feminine products, wet wipes, paper towels, regular toilet paper etc. UNACCEPTABLE.
- We have a strict rule of no smoking of any kind including vaping.
- Unfortunately NO pets are allowed rule in order to help maintain a clean and fresh trailer.
- No Festivals. Unfortunately Burning Man and EDC renting as event participants is not allowed.
- Additional cleaning fees will be added if the trailer is returned dirty, and requires excessive cleaning or deep cleaning, beyond what a typical cleaning would entail.
