Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking or vaping of any substances allowed inside camper or under awning. A $500.00 smoke removal fee will be deducted from the renter's deposit if this occurs while in the renters possession.
- Renters are required to clean the unit prior to return/ pickup or incur a $150 cleaning fee. Cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink. Cleaning add on is available to select at booking.
- Renters are required to return the tanks empty or incur a $100 dumping fee.
- Small dog friendly.
- No tailgating, no music festivals.
