- No smoking or vaping of any substances allowed inside camper or under awning. A $500.00 smoke removal fee will be deducted from the renter's deposit if this occurs while in the renters possession.
- Campers will need to clean the unit before return / pickup or incur a $150 cleaning fee.
- Campers will need to return the tanks empty or incur a $100 dumping fee.
