Overall it was a decent experience, slightly on the overpriced side for what it is, especially factoring in the added cleaning fees tact on the end. The fees were warranted from a contractual standpoint but felt petty. I tried to gain some understanding with the owners because we had difficulty with the water/toilet but communication broke down.
We strive to provide a clean, well-equipped, & welcoming camper experience. This was the Montoya family’s first camper experience, ever. Our unit includes far more amenities than standard—including flashlights, spices, games, DVD’s, outdoor gear, disposable dishes & much more—something the renter initially praised as a “hotel on wheels.
We rented the camper for a long weekend at the lake, and I was very impressed with how clean and fresh everything was inside—and I’m super picky! The bedding smelled clean, the kitchen plates and utensils were spotless, and everything felt well taken care of. There was a tiny bit of dust near the TV, but hey, it’s a camper—some dust just adds to the charm, right?
