Easy, peazy, lemon squeezy! Pick-up, walk-through and check out were well organized, thorough, and efficient. Questions mid-trip about particulars were answered immediately with text messages.
This little unit is stable on the interstate and trails well at 90 mph . . . KIDDING! It does trail well, though. Had it leveled with awning up in less than 7 minutes!

Awesome little camper! Comes fully loaded with all the amenities that you would want.
Dana was flexible with my pickup and drop off times to meet my schedule.
A couple things I noted for my next trip; bring/rent a more camp-friendly generator with more power output (6000w+).
Off the grid you will only get about 5-6 days of potable water usage, being VERY conservative. No full showers.

Most people refill daily or every other day. 30 gallon tanks run out faster than you think. We provide basic camping chairs due to the fact they do not get returned sometimes and are also returned broken.
What an amazing experience we had!! We highly recommend!!! Dana made the entire process easy from the start to finish. Great communication throughout. The camper was as described.
