Our camper is located in one of Pigeon Forge's most prestigious campgrounds, Sun Outdoors Pigeon Forge. Sun Outdoors is open year-round and our camper is available for rent year round! All you need to do is rent your space with Sun Outdoors or an approved campground by the host and the camper will be set up and ready for your arrival.

Wayne is the BEST! So friendly and went out of his way to ask if he could bring us anything else. He was willing to drop things off to our campground if we needed it. We did not but we appreciated the offer. Such a nice and honest man.

We had an issue with the air conditioning, where it shut off, and contacted Wayne and his wife, who were in the area, and they didnt hesitate to come to us and get it resolved quickly. It turned out to be an issue at the main power source at the campground we were staying at. Very responsive to messages. Pleasure to rent from!

We loved it! Wayne was awesome with great communication and timely drop off at the campground! The camper was perfect for our family trip, 2 adults and 2 teenage girls!
