Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Only RV toilet paper in the toilet, no wipes, paper towels or sanitary products. $150 to unclog tank, no food down kitchen sink
- TOWING: By appointment only. We open at 10am. Pick up location is given after booking. You will need a 7- way connector, 2 & 5/16" ball, and trailer brake controller.
- Do not extend awning fully. Roll up when you leave the camp site, during heavy rain, or wind.
- There will be an extra $150 cleaning charge if returned extra dirty inside or out. Heavy smell of smoke or signs of unapproved pet or pet hair left in camper
