- Rooftop access is strictly prohibited due to structural limitations and safety concerns, so climbing or sitting on the roof is not permitted to ensure safety and prevent damage.
- Delivery & Setup: It’s clear that if we deliver the camper but are unable to set it up due to lot size or suitability, and we leave without completing the setup, no refunds will be issued.
- For off-grid camping without an electric or water supply, a reliable power source is essential, and renting our 6500 Predator generator is a great solution to keep your batteries charged and powered.
- No smoking, vaping, etc. inside the rig or right next to it with the doors/windows open. If the rig comes back smelling like anything (smoke, animals, etc), we will retain the full security deposit.
- If items in the rig are damaged or missing, I charge the security deposit for the replacement cost plus my time to acquire those items. This includes damage to the awning. The full security deposit.

Great little camper. Appreciated the last minute reservation. Had an issue with the black tank showing 2/3 full after 2 days, we dumped it but very little output. Notified owner. Most likely a sensor. AC dripped on couch occasionally...But it was over 90 entire week.
Extremely comfortable beds, great fridge, hot shower!!! Bunk beds are huge and accommodated my 6'5" and 6' grandsons !!!
