This was a great vehicle and George was an exceptionally good host. He was highly responsive to my questions before we arrived and made the entire rental experience absolutely flawless from pick-up to drop off. I have rented RVs many times and was very impressed with the condition of this specific vehicle. The Sanctuary drove well and all systems performed perfectly.

We had a great experience with George. He was very professional and responsive to our questions. The van was nice and it was consistent with the description. The only negative was that the awning did not work. George and his team tried valiantly to correct the issue but it could not be corrected before our departure. Notwithstanding that issue, it was a very good experience.
