- Please return the RV in a clean state. I'm not expecting perfect, but the dishes washed and returned, the sinks, shower, and toilet wiped down, and the floors swept are expected.
- Please return the RV with all tanks empty. If you are unable to dump the tanks yourself, there will be a dumping fee assessed of $50 per tank.
- There is no smoking of cigarettes or cigars in the RV at any time. Vaping or other products that do not leave a smell are fine. A $300 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in the RV.
- If you are towing yourself, your vehicle must be equipped with a brake controller and the proper hitch to safely tow the RV. I can work with you to make sure you have what you need.

Brandon was a good host. He showed us how to use everything on set up. The camper was as described, and we had no problems.
Brandon was amazing to work with and was there on time. The One thing that I do not agree with is your in my opinion the amount of money that you charge and require for insurance. Especially when it was dropped off by the owner set up and then also picked up by the owner, I feel the charges were excessive. They were more than the rental for the camper!
Brandon was pleasant to deal with but when the RV arrived it was not clean. The refrigerator takes about 12 hours to get completely cold. There is a problem shutting the door you have to slam it shut. You have to fold down the couch for the bed which basically blocks the door.
Russell is right, it was not as clean as it should have been. That is my fault. The rest of this is a bit subjective. This is an RV fridge. It takes 12 hours to get completely cold. When I'm delivering the RV 2 hours away, it's not going to keep all of it's cold that it had setup the night before. This is normal for an RV. The door is a little bit hard to shut, I agree.
Everything was fine up to the day the unit was delivered. The fridge doesnt cool, just the freezer, even after 3 days. On day 3, it even tripped out and all the ice melted in the freezer creating a mess to clean up. The hot water is basically non-existent, but the shower is so small, you cant use it anyway, as most RV's are. You have to slam the door with all your force to get it to close.
All of these were covered in the Terms of Service and the renter is not being sincere with their review. I have never charged for cleaning until this rental. The sink was left covered in grease, there was grease and crumbs all over the stove, and the floor was not swept out. It was left very untidy and pictures were provided showing as much.
This camper is set up well and is easy to set up. It had everything we needed and was easy to get around in. Brandon is great to work with from start to finish.

Awesome host! Would highly recommend renting from him! This was my first time ever renting an RV and he was very patient and informative on everything that a first time renter would need to know. RV itself looks even better in person than the pics! Had even more space inside than my wife and I expected! EXCELLENT AC, and as a heavy guy it was a game-changer in the summer!
