We offer a semi-private RV site (1 - 3 nights: short-term stays only) on our property in Dandridge, TN. 20 min from Sevierville, 15 min from Bucee's and just a couple minutes from Douglas Lake. RV site is fully fenced, away from the road, off street parking near the camper with room to park a boat, all hookups & A/C included. Please select "Stationary Rental" under the add-ons in this listing. PLEASE NOTE: This RV site is Semi-Private, better than most RV Resorts. $150 per night + fees.

- PETS ALLOWED, BUT A MAXIMUM OF 2. WE MAY ALLOW MORE WITH AN ADDITIONAL PER PET FEE. BED AND SOFA MUST BE COVERED.
- DO NOT CHANGE THE SETUP OF THE TRAVEL TRAILER WITHOUT OWNERS' APPROVAL and DO NOT MOVE THE CAMPER.
- AWNING USE: ONLY in calm sunny weather. Open only when using it. CANNOT be used during any wind or rain. Closed when leaving campsite and overnight. Damaged Awning = forfeit of security deposit.
