This has been a terrible experience! The RV that we spent a lot to rent showed up with a broken jack and was slanted and wobbled during our entire time. The hose connected to the RV leaked the entire time because they “didn’t have time to fix it”. The owners made an insurance claim to fix the RV after my rental was done then the insurance company FALSELY CHARGED ME $1000.
Such a disappointing first experience with a camper. We paid for delivery and 10 minutes before drop off of the camper, we were notified that we wouldn't be getting the camper we reserved and paid for. And that the new one would be an "upgrade".
The RV its self was beautiful and exactly what we pictured from the listing. We paid extra money to have this RV delivered quite a bit of distance. Unfortunately the RV did not show up for over 3 hours passed the expected time frame due to the truck hauling it breaking down.
My 1st RV rental experience. Very satisfied. Love the Ft Wilderness experience. Ben was very quick to answer my questions. A few things could have been better—- minimal “warm” water, floors were quite dirty(maybe they just sweep?) and the master bed was hard!! He has a twin foam cover on but needs wider to fit the full bed!
RV was very nice , clean and stocked well. Beds were comfortable and we love the bed/loft layout in the back for our 2 kids. So much better than bunks. Communication was excellent, and we would definitely use again!
Our camper was clean and great however it was delivered to the wrong spot and the communication after letting them know it was at the wrong spot was not great. Still haven’t heard back about how we will be compensated for the inconvenience.
