- We do allow rentals for some festivals including EDC, with confirmed RV parking on the festival grounds. With the exception of Burning Man and any Desert camping events. ABSOLUTELY NO BURNING MAN!
- RV return time will be by 4 pm. After 4 pm, you will be charged for a full day.
- There is a $50 pet cleaning fee that will apply. ($20 per additional dog thereafter) If there is any evidence of other pets beside Dogs, a $300 charge will apply.
- Absolutely No Smoking or vaping in or around the outside of the rig. If it occurs and the rig smells of smoke this will result in the forfeit of your security deposit.
- Gas Fee: A $50 charge will apply, plus the amount to refill the tank to full. There will be a charge If any keys or alarm remote are missing upon return. *The cost to replace lock (plus labor) TBD*

I recently rented an RV from Richard and Roxanne and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The RV was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described - making our trip both comfortable and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how efficient and responsive Richard and Roxanne were throughout the entire process.
Rich & Roxy and the “kiddo” were phenomenal, 100/10. Roxy has the motorhome stocked with all the essentials you could possibly think of and Rich really makes you feel comfortable and knowledgeable when it comes to operating the whole thing. They spared no detail and it really shows, we had an amazing time because of how well prepared everything was!! We will definitely be renting again very soon!!
We rented Richard and Roxy's RV for a trip up the central California coast. I had never driven an RV so i really needed training. Richard spent a total of 3 hours with me over two days before the trip showing me the RV, how to operate it and provided a test drive in advance.
We could not hope for a nicer couple to help us when we were in need of help .There rig was great for five adults and one child , We are from Australia and enjoy the RV life when visiting the US .Thank you for your help again ,much appreciated,Chris and Els
Rich and Roxy were very communicative and helpful. Beatrix Kiddo is a great RV, we had an amazing time and delivery and pickup were a breeze.
Rich and Roxy are great. I had only taken an RV trip once before and it was many years ago. Rich walked us through everything before our trip. He had a very good folder to help guide us through everything. I called him on our first night. He helped me figure out my one question. Our trip was so fun.
