- No Smoking — Absolutely no smoking inside the RV. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee. Please take it outside.
- For your safety and the RV’s protection, roof access is strictly prohibited. Please Return RV in same condition as received. An excessive cleaning fee will be applied if deemed necessary. Thank you!
- Please return the RV with gray and black tanks emptied to void the dump fee. Please return with fuel same level as picked up or a 5$ per gallon refuel charge will be applied.

Renting this RV was an amazing experience! Alan was a great host, this was our first time renting an RV and he was more than accommodating and helpful! The hospitality was beyond great. The RV is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! We all slept comfortably and there was enough room for all 10 of us.
