- No Smoking — Absolutely no smoking inside the RV. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee. Please take it outside.
- For your safety and the RV’s protection, roof access is strictly prohibited. Please Return RV in same condition as received. An excessive cleaning fee will be applied if deemed necessary. Thank you!
- Please return the RV with gray and black tanks emptied to void the dump fee. Please return with fuel same level as picked up or a 5$ per gallon refuel charge will be applied.

I booked this RV based on a gut feeling, since a smaller rig was enough for us, and it turned out to be the best decision for our family's weekend camping trip to Lake Skinner. This was our very first RV experience. Renting, driving, riding, etc. We took a trip to Sequoia National Park over Labor Day Weekend. We had an AMAZING time as most of this was due to Alan and George. The absolute BEST RV owners out there.
