Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- All drivers must be minimum (25) years of age at time of rental and must possess a valid driver’s license. Renter must be present and provide identification at time of pick-up.
- Renter must refuel the RV prior to the end of the rental and return it with the same amount of fuel at the time of pickup. Propane tank must also be returned full.
- Renter agrees to dump tanks and flush lines when the RV is returned. Should the RV be returned with holding tanks clogged, a sanitation fee of $150 will be charged to the renter.
- NO SMOKING!! Smoking/Vaping is prohibited inside the RV. If it is determined that the unit was smoked in, Renter will be subject to loss of their security deposit.
- Towing a vehicle/trailer is not permitted (no exceptions). Renter will be held liable for any and all damages to the RV that occur during the rental period.
