First time with the family in an RV, Giselle was super helpful every step of way. Got the hang of everything in no time, felt like a real vacation. Wife and kids all loved it. For first timers, or regulars, this was a great vehicle with great support if and as needed, virtually plug and play.. very easy and very friendly.
This was my first time renting an RV and I can only hope that every time here after will be as seamless as this experience with Giselle and her husband. The communication pre and post booking was always prompt and Giselle checked in frequently to make sure our group had everything we needed. The RV itself was well maintained, clean, and pleasant.
