Other than the minor inside fridge and freezer not working, everything else was fantastic! Communication was great and even the owner chimed in as needed. Camper was extremely clean, comfortable, and we had a great trip! Thank you!
The owner was very responsive and helpful. RV drop off and pickup was great. RV itself was clean and fine. A espresso machine was listed but not provided and the outdoor stove needed a lighter but no lighter was provided so I wasn’t able to use that. Kitchen could use some additional items, it was a very minimal set of plastic silverware and plates and we ran out and had to get more.
Professionalism and communication is impeccable. I had a question in the middle of the night and had an answer within minutes. Clean, fully loaded, everything you could need! Truly turn key operation.

Yoany was above and beyond easy to book the RV. He was fast to respond to all questions we had and the RV was super clean and organized. It was completely set up for us when we arrived at the KOA.
We had a bit of a hiccup on our end with our original plans of where to delivery the RV, but Yoany worked with us and we were able to salvage our trip.
Yoany rented us his camper for Thanksgiving week, he was extremely attentive and quick to respond. He made sure the camper was well prepared for all our guest. Upong arrival everything was hooked up and connected and ready to go. It was extremely clean and smelled very nice! It was a beautiful camper, very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend renting From Yoany.
