My family and I enjoyed our vacation to John Pennekamp on the motor home. The motor home was very clean and everything worked. Jane was very helpful! As first time RV users, she was always available to answer my questions. Her step by step videos on how to use the motorhome was very detailed, it was a great help! Can't say enough good things about Jane and the rental process. One of the reasons we selected their RV was the previous reviews about how personable and accommodating they were, and it was definitely true! We had to change our pick up time and she was there to meet us. The how-to videos were spot on, and she always answered my texts within minutes. I highly recommend renting from them!
