- It is Forbidden to Smoke inside this RV, any trace or smell of smoking inside the van will carry over $300 nonnegotiable.
- Renters are responsible for emptying both grey water and cassette toilet waste before returning the vehicle to the host. Failure to do so will result in a $300 dumping fee against your deductible.
- A $300 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit if the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition. This includes but is not limited to: Any condition requiring deep cleaning.
- All pets are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and their owners clean up after them. Any damages caused by pets will be deducted from the deductible.
- No off-roading joy rides permitted. Recreational off-road driving is strictly prohibited. If camping in off-road areas, exercise with caution damage incurred will be charged to your deductible.

To operate the generator and rear A/C, the propane tank must be filled. This can be done at any propane fill station (e.g., Love’s gas station, U-Haul, or RV service location). Please note: Refilling the propane tank is the renter’s responsibility and expense.
