STAY AWAY
The photos listed were outdated and did not reflect the actual condition of the RV. Upon pickup, we discovered:
• No hot running water
• Broken air conditioning
• Leaking toilet
• Torn leather seats with a strong, unpleasant odor
The condition made the RV uninhabitable, and we were forced to return it earlier than planned.
you are complaining now after you rented the vehicle which there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. OK you had no problem with it when you took it up to Lake George and you went through the toll without an easy pass.
Very disappointed in our first experience. I NEVER EVER leave a bad review on anything but this was necessary. First of all the communication was great. Stella through RVShare was very nice and her husband Mike was also very nice through text. The RV showed up earlier than planned which was great.
Mike was incredibly attentive, and it made the experience much more manageable, as these machines can be complex. There were some mechanical issues and other opkeep problems, that are easily fixable, so I hope he upgrades the truck in that way, but we had a ball and the grandkids loved it! As did the adults.
Mike & Stella are great people. My family had amazing experience. RV is very clean & in great condition. I highly recommend if you are looking for RV experience rent this one. RV is beautiful. Thx Mike
We had a great time! It was our first time renting an RV and Mike and Stella made it really easy for us and explained everything in detail. We only had a problem with the generator that made it difficult when we had to drive because of the heat but aside from that everything was great and the experience was wonderful.
