Rental Rules

- Although we are pet-friendly we will ONLY allow 1 pet & it needs to be approved first (based off of size, breed, etc).
- NO SMOKING in the rv. If this rule is broken we will charge an additional $250 upon return.
- Times of pick up and drop off are between 9am to 3pm. If RV is returned after 3pm there will be a $20 charge per hour thereafter.
- If tank is not fully empty upon return of RV a fee of $250 will be applied at checkout.
- Propane tank must return with same level it was taken or a $250 fee will be applied upon return.

The Thor ACE 2020 RV was terrific. Beds comfortable, shower great. Very clean, well stocked and had all we needed. Air conditioning worked verywell. Awning was nice and large and gave terrific protection from sun and rain.
Silas is a gracious host. He took a lot of time when we picked up the RV to go over things with us, was quickly responsive, patient and kind.
Silas, is gracious host. Each step of the way. He was fully communicative and took his time explaining the RV details on pick up. The RV was well stocked and clean. We had a family of 7 and the RV was exactly what we needed. Will return for our next camping trip.
