Candidly, the pick-up in Hoboken was a little challenging but everything after that was exceptional! Even better than the van itself and the experience of camping with it - which was terrific - was the communication from Sam.
We had a great experience with our rental. Our family of 3 (two adults, one child) rented it for the weekend and drove it to the Catskills. Pick up was easy and the instructions were very clear. The Winnebago was clean and well stocked. We will definitely rent it again!
