Meron was wonderful to deal with throughout the rental process. His vehicle is as-advertised. Very nice and well-maintained. We had a wonderful trip.
Most importantly, on the final day of our trip, we were involved in a minor traffic accident and there was damage to the exterior of the RV. Meron handled the situation calmly and gracefully.
This was our families first RV trip and my first time driving and operating an RV. Meron was very thorough with the general walkthrough and even made himself available for questions during the trip personally. The whole family of 5 had a blast and slept very comfortably for a week.
