Arie made this so easy to coordinate for pick up and drop off! He was kind, easy-going and thorough when he went over everything we’d need to know and answered all of our questions. He had no problem with us taking the rv to a music festival which was nice. He is very quick to respond and is fair. We had no issues with the rv.
All in all a very postive experience in this RV.

This was by far a great experience overall. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly as well as patient with my many questions. He was available by phone to answer any questions we had as first time rv renters one we took it on the road. The RV was clean and ran efficiently.
This was our first time renting an RV. When picking it up, Arie was thorough identifying compartments and explaining how things worked. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give him a 9. The only thing he didn't mention was that the pilot light for the oven would have to be lit.
Cleanliness: The RV was pretty dirty in and out. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give this a 4.
