- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
Our RV will be parked in our large drive-way with full hookups. The location offers a large yard to run and play in with swings, trampoline, sandbox, firepit, and volleyball net
Please flush water tanks unless prior arrangements have been made or you have added the $25 fee.
Owner will refill propane tanks and deduct cost of propane plus $15 from the security deposit after the trailer is returned unless other arrangements have been made
