- Grey and black tanks must be emptied before return. If not, a $79 dump & clean fee will be charged
- No smoking or vaping inside the RV. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a $1,200.00 cleaning/deodorizing fee.
- Gas and propane must be returned full. If not, we will refill and charge $6.00 per gallon plus a service fee
- Standard pickup and return times will be agreed upon before the trip. Early check‑in or late return may be available for a $125 fee (subject to availability).
