The experience with Westy was seamless. He was friendly and had very quick response. He quickly replaced the generator for another, and we had the trailer cooled in no time. His wife and family were kind and we paid for delivery. They had everything all ready and set up and it came with some camp stools which were perfect. I would absolutely rent this trailer again.
Beautiful, clean, perfectly equipped trailer! We picked this up for a two night rental and it was all prepped and ready to go, complete with stabilizer hitch. The walk through answered all my questions and we were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful amenities provided all along the way. Excellent communication with Westy answered all our questions, and the unit was so easy to use and operate.
