Bernice and Alfonso are wonderful people. The vehicle (Lulu) was perfect for a trip with my son to Yosemite National Park. It is luxurious and spacious inside, yet still small enough to sneak into a regular parking spot. We reserved a campsite outside the park with hookups, and had the pleasure of spending a night in Yosemite at one of the campsites for one of the nights.
Hi Alfonso, was attentive but check the amenities listed on his listing. He did not list "Awning" but all videos (Utube) and photos he sent show the stock awning. The day before we did a pre-inspection and I was going to open the awning. He said oh, it doesn't work and he can't insure it and renters damage awnings. This was not disclosed on his listing and only acknowledged when I asked.
Thanks for the review, the backup camera has been replaced and is now fully operational, and a new part installation is scheduled to make the awning operational.
Alfonso was very professional and friendly. The experience with Alfonso was excellent.
Our trip to Yosemite would not have been the same without "Lola" the motor coach! Will definitely rent this again for our next adventure. Owners were extremely helpful!
Very nice RV! Clean, fully equipped, comfortable beds, had all what we needed, including nice upgrades like quieter generator, vacation ready kitchen, etc! Alfonso was great. Explained everything and was always available to answer questions very quickly. Was also flexible to requests we had. Highly recommended.
We rented the RV for our 27th wedding anniversary and cruised up the coast from Coronado to Santa Barbara. From the moment we booked to the final drop off Bernice & Alfonso couldn't have been nicer and more pleasant to deal with. Their RV looked brand new and very well cared for. We didn't just rent an RV but made new friends.
