Jose was great! I had never stayed in or operated an RV before, so there was definitely a learning curve, and he was a huge help figuring everything out. He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question, and when a few issues came up during the trip, he was easy to get ahold of and did his best to help get things taken care of quickly.
Jose was a great owner to rent from and very easy to work with. He was always available for any questions during the trip that he answered promptly. The coach was as advertised and we had a wonderful trip in it (38 days). His coach was in better overall condition than most of the national brands I saw on my trip. I would definitely recommend this coach

This RV was perfect for my family to take up the coast. Very easy to drive, everything was as expected. Jose was awesome and brought the RV to my house which made the packing much easier on me and my kids.
**WORST EXPERIENCE EVER**
Upon picking up the RV, Jose reached out to myself and offered an early pick up since it would be easier for him to make the exchange since he has to work during the hours I requested to pick up the unit other wise he would have to leave the unit with the keys in a parking lot for a pick up with no walk around introduction of the RV.

To clarify, I accommodated an early pickup to help your schedule and provided a walkthrough. All major systems, including the slide, were tested and working prior to departure.
