We are frequent renters, and this is by far the best experience we’ve had with an owner. Prompt delivery and set up. Excellent communication from Shaun, and a real nice trailer to boot. Will definitely rent from Shaun again in the near future.
Overall the RV was great, very clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. We had issues with the battery throughout the weekend, but Shaun was very responsive and even came out to the campsite to check on things.
Shawn was very helpful and communicative. He made our first camping trip run smoothly. This trailer was perfect for a four our family of four. Would book again.
Shaun was extremely helpful with our first RV rental. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful in making sure we understood everything. He was on time - even when we changed the time on him. He turned around and came back when the power shut off at our campsite to make sure everything was going to be OK for the weekend. I will rent from him again.
Shaun's RV was great and Shaun was even better. We had my family in town and needed a few extra beds. We live at the end of a street with a very narrow driveway and it was hard to find anyone willing to drop off an RV In such a tough location. Not Shaun. He was able to expertly back the RV into an extremely tight spot with ease and without complaint.
Shaun was great, he answered all my questions and communication was so easy. He delivered and picked up the trailer to and from our destination, which was a game changer. It took all the stress out of getting there and made our camping trip relaxing and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be renting from Shaun again!
