Everything was great. Perfect for our family of 4!
This was my first rental through this platform and the experience was positive. This trailer is an economical model but it met our needs on a weekend trip to Ocotillo Wells. Being an economical model, it doesn’t have front stabilizer jacks which took a little getting use to because it rocks a little more than I’m used to.
Doug was great to work with and communication was easy with texts. We appreciated the extra care shown by Doug. Our home was rented for termite, for security reasons we decided to trailer it in front of the home. We didn’t have a 30amp plug in at the home, and Doug provided at no additional cost a stand alone air conditioner that wouldn’t blow a fuse.

I submitted my request less than 24 hours from when I was leaving and Doug was able to accommodate me! The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that Doug hasn't been able to get a service ticket completed on the air conditioner (COVID delays). Doug did provide a stand alone air conditioner unit so not perfect but I was fully aware before finalizing the rental.
Excellent value for a family of 4!!
