Renter beware. The best I can say about this is that the communication was good. Other than that, it was a horrible experience. The van's exterior was dirty and looked like it had just completed a month-long trip. The windshield was covered in dirt and bugs, and the windshield wipers were old, dried out, and didn't work.
This is my first rental. Everything was really nice. The vehicle operated smoothly. It was comfortable for my family and I. Would definitely recommend.
