There’s a flat top grill and refrig outside under the large awning and a large outdoor rug which is so important to.

Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Awning Damage Any damage to the awning that requires replacement of the awning will result in a post reservation charge of $1,000 on top of the deposit. Total fee will equal $1,500.
- We are a delivery and set up only service for all of our campers. Renter and there guests are not to move or pull camper during rental.
- Any camper with damages that requires the insurance deductible to be paid to complete repairs will be subject to additional $500.00 to cover the insurance deductible.
