- Awning Damage Any damage to the awning that requires replacement of the awning will result in a post reservation charge of $1,000 on top of the deposit. Total fee will equal $1,500.
- We are a delivery and set up only service for all our campers. Renter and their guests are not to move or pull camper during rental.
- Any camper with damages that require the insurance deductible to be paid to complete repairs will be subject to an additional $500.00 fee to cover the insurance deductible.

Great overall experience! We paid Chris to drop off and pick up the RV. He and his son brought the unit to the site we rented and set it up in less than 30 minutes. He went over the operating instructions and showed us where everything was. Communication was great. I highly recommend this family! They’re easy people to deal with. Thanks, again, Chris!
Overall experience was wonderful. We were able to meet Chris in person at the campsite so he could give us a walk thru. Camper had almost everything we needed for the 8 days. Definitely will book with him again when we return to Florida.
