Rafeal was great in responding to my questions.
They delivered and picked up the trailer as indicated.
To future renters: please make sure everything works the way it should. And, if boondocking, make sure the rv battery can provide power, so a generator does not have to be run 24/7. In my case, the unit came with a very dead battery, so the only source of power was a generator, which came with limited free hours.
We had a great time with Rafael rv. He delivered and setup in Disney Fort Wilderness. During our stay we had to call him(2:20 AM) because AC breaker popped out (we didn’t know what happened) and Rafael explained sometimes this happens at Disney. I apologize for calling this time and I was glad to know Rafael was telling the truth: he is really available 24 hours for the renters.
I took my 4 boys camping at Disney Fort Wilderness. Rafael and Alberto are very friendly and provided great communication. Camper was clean and well stocked with every utensil, dish, pan you'll need for a great camping experience. I plan on renting from them again!
Rafael and Alberto made a last minute girls trip worth every penny. Communication and experience was above all. Thanks again gentleman. Hope you do this again with y’all.
Over all it was a good experience. The camper was very clean and comfortable for my large family. I wish we could have used the water/ bathroom but there was a leak. The owner was great with communicating and fixed the problem. I would definitely rent from him again.
