No linens were provided with the Camper and now I’ve got additional charges after that I have no idea what they could be for.
This is another case where we pay for people’s mistakes. Garret did not read the listing, just checked the price and booked it. Linens are an option as a lot of renters prefer to have their own. The additional fee was the dumping fee because he booked a spot without sewer hookup. Again he didn’t pay attention on the description.

They delivered and picked up the trailer as indicated.
To future renters: please make sure everything works the way it should. And, if boondocking, make sure the rv battery can provide power, so a generator does not have to be run 24/7. In my case, the unit came with a very dead battery, so the only source of power was a generator, which came with limited free hours.
We had a great time with Rafael rv. He delivered and setup in Disney Fort Wilderness. During our stay we had to call him(2:20 AM) because AC breaker popped out (we didn’t know what happened) and Rafael explained sometimes this happens at Disney. I apologize for calling this time and I was glad to know Rafael was telling the truth: he is really available 24 hours for the renters.
I took my 4 boys camping at Disney Fort Wilderness. Rafael and Alberto are very friendly and provided great communication. Camper was clean and well stocked with every utensil, dish, pan you'll need for a great camping experience. I plan on renting from them again!
