This was a bad experience from the start. The price listed in the add was about half of the total after they included all the fees and insurance.
They charged $65. for a pump out fee because I did not have sewer hook up. That's fair, however the black tank showed 100% when it was dropped of so we could not use what we paid for.

It was my best experience renting a tv. Rafael is very professional and helpful. He did all he could and even more to make sure we have a great stay. He delivered the Rv at Disney Fort Wilderness and everything went smoothly. Great communication, clean RV and great service. I couldn’t have a better stay at Disney thanks to Rafael. I recommend 100% and definitely will rent again!
Rafael’s trailer was so far the best choice we had , a very clean and well maintained trailer was delivered to us and his crew very nice took care of us , I do rightly recommend and definitely we will use his services again. 🏆

I was really happy with this RV rental. Rafael communicates very well and because of this the drop off and the collection of the RV was simple. I would happily rent an RV from Rafael again.
