Rafael delivered the rv at Disney so we could have a magic week. I appreciate it. We had fun and my kids loved it. Alberto and Rafael were very professional and delivered a high level service. I recommend it.
If I could give zero stars I would. Booked for Disney honeymoon and was very disappointed. Rafael was 3 hours LATE and then dropped off the wrong camper for my reservation. He did nothing but lie and make up excuses on drop off day. The tv was not in the camper and he claimed it was then was trying to not bring a tv to us. Renting from Rafael was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
You are the craziest person I have ever dealt with. We were late, that’s true, but it was 40 minutes and because I asked you to let me know when you were arriving. You called me when you were there. Very impolite, rude and spoiled girl. Treat people like trash yelling at me and my team.
We had an amazing time camping with this rv, super clean and convenient, communication clear, Rafael answered every message right away before , during and after, and was able to extend the stay very simple, thank you so much! recommended 100%
