Rented for 7 nights and took it to visit three of the national parks in Utah. It was fantastic! It was very nice to have all the amenities of a 39' class A motorhome on this trip. The Canyon Star has a little bit of wear and tear, but everything worked perfectly. Would highly recommend this R.V.!
My wife and I rented this RV for the weekend and had some issues with the leveling system and a low tire. Sergio was able to contact a local repair man to come fix the issue quickly but was unfortunately unable to repair the leveling system, Sergio was very friendly and communicated very well throughout the whole process.
Great customer service, very friendly and flexible with our rental needs. Great value for this specific motorhome, which felt more like a mini apartment. With 4 slides it really opens up nicely into a great little home away from home.
Great communication from the day we booked the RV and kept it going till they came and picked it back up. Awesome set up! Great RV for your "glamping" trips.
Karen, Sergio & Sean were great to work with. We had some tire issues on our way to Yellowstone. We called Sergio & he took care of it right away. He authorized getting new tires on the back. The king size bed was really comfortable, we never used the pull out sofa since it was just two of us.
Great RV for the Value and Size!!! Clean looking 39 ft. Canyon Star. There is minor damage on the outside but when all slides are out, very hard to notice. Minor wear and tear on the inside but it is a rental and should be expected. The Canyon Star handles the road fairly very well. We went to Big Bear for the weekend and it had no issues climbing the back side of the mountain (Highway 38).
