Pick up is between 10:40 am - 3:30 pm. Return time is between 9:00 - 10:00 am. It is $55 between 10:00 - 1:00 and anytime between 1:00-5:00 is $100 and $40/hour after 5:00 - no returns after 8:00 pm.

10 stars!! This is the second rental we use from them. The service is amazing and all the employees are.polite and keep the experience seemless. Both RVS have been all confort we have not come across any issues. I highly recommend this location if you want good service and making your trip a good experience. Our favorite was the last rv we rented. It has a fireplace a full size fridge.
Horrible experience. Non-operational run down piece of crap. Huge problems every single day. Waste of money. Very disappointing. Shame on you for tricking people into renting it. Not even the RV model listed, dishonest. Water leaks, sewer hoses leak. Water hose leaks. Bedroom and full bath floors flooded the entire time. Bedroom carpet was soaked the entire time.
Wow! We have had our share of Karens but this one topped it! We had this RV go to an Ice Cube concert before her for him to hang out during sets - even he didn't complain this much (and we all know how uppity Ice Cube is)! The only thing she was having an issue with was the leaking in the bathroom area - we sent out a mechanic to fix it - fixed the very same day.
Honestly I could have not asked for more... Such easy check in they explain everything to you before taking off in your rv the ac is a must when your out in Havasu! It blew cold all weekend! Super clean everything worked no set backs!
We had a nice experience renting from this company. Karen and Sergio are friendly and easy to communicate with. We are looking forward in working with them again. :)
Had a good time could be a lil cleaner but had a good trip
In the end, Sean the owner and Sergio an assistant, were helpful and fair. I cannot say as much for Karen the office assistant.
Regarding the coach; my first impression was positive. For a rental, it looked fairly clean and not too worn. While the rental cost was very low it wasn't long before that first impression faded and the 'you get what you pay' adage became our reality.
