This RV is in brand new condition with all the amenities! Has a bunk house with 3 bunks, or turn 1 into a dinette. Has a master bedroom with a full size walk around bed and flip around tv and plenty of closet space for your belongings! Has a full size indoor kitchen-range/oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, along with an outdoor kitchen-outside refrigerator &grill;. We include sheets, but no blankets or pillows. Renter is also responsible for bath towels. We supply the coffee pot, pots and pans along with other kitchen utensils, plates, cups and bowls. It has a powered, LED lit up awning, power stabilizer jacks, and propane. Indoor/outdoor stereo, DVD player, t.v.Has 1 electric bump out with a large dinette that folds into a bed along with a leather sofa that folds into a bed. Has a full bath-shower and tub. This RV sleeps 9 people! There nis a small pet fee. If you do not have a pet with you, please mention. Also there is a non negotiable cleaning fee of $20 that covers time and materials to clean and sanitize the unit and wash sheets after each use.
