- Smoking inside RV or within 15 feet of openings will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit.
- Please empty holding tanks prior to returning, $50 fee will be deducted from security deposit if not emptied.
- We understand normal camping messes will happen, if excessive additional cleaning is required it will be deducted from security deposit.
- Awning must be put in every night. Also in winds in excess of 20 MPH and with all rain.
- A Supplemental Rental Agreement will be included after booking, please read, sign and return the agreement prior to check in time.

From start to finish, the experience with Tim was excellent. He was thorough with his initial walk through to explain how to operate everything in the camper and helpful when we ran into some issues on the trip. The camper itself was perfect for our needs and made the whole weekend experience great.

If it wasnt rainy and buggy during this visit we would have used the outside area more. It has a little “bar” area on the side under the canopy. Super cute, has all the basics. I hope to rent this next year for our family party!

Memories were made! Tim's Cherokee Alpha Wolf was perfect for our family of four. Our kids (5yo and 3yo) absolutely loved the bunk beds, and the door that gives direct access to the bathroom let us stay up around the campfire with other adults and use the bathroom without walking through the main area and risk waking up our kids. Would absolutely rent this again!
